Rev. angel Kyodo williams is an internationally renowned Buddhist trainer, author, social visionary, and maverick spiritual teacher. She has been called “the most intriguing African American Buddhist in America” by Library Journal. Her book, Being Black: Zen and the Art of Living with Fearlessness and Grace, has been hailed as “an act of love” by Pulitzer Prize winner Alice Walker and a “classic” by Buddhist teacher Jack Kornfield. Her newest book, Radical Dharma, Talking Race, Love, and Liberation, explores racial injustice as a barrier to collective awakening.
