Take the DanceBreak Challenge for your confidence and well-being! Not a smoke break or a coffee break. Take three short dance breaks a day for a week. Do something daring, and practice joy through public dance.
Join the Challenge community. You can do it wherever you are: Grab headphones, play your pocket music, and dance in the streets! And PRIZES are available.

DAILY DANCESPOT, Mon - Thu, 5:30-6:00pm
Once a day, you have the option to take your DanceBreak with others at a DanceSpot at 5:30pm. Meet others in the Challenge, and support each other! Everyone is welcome even if you haven't registered.

Come celebrate your achievement at the DanceBreak Challenge Happy Hour on the last day, Friday, August 18. Snacks are provided, and we'll have PRIZES for some lucky winners. Drop by anytime.
